Superior room

A mellow five-star Montenegro hotel in the Bay of Kotor, with stunning views and super sleek rooms - includes breakfast and a welcome bottle of wine

  • The centrepiece of La Perla Hotel & Villas is a palm- and lounger-strewn terrace which leads directly to the water’s edge, as well as an inviting 22-metre-long pool. Here you can while away happy days to the soft strains of chill-out music, cool off in the water and soak up a laid-back party vibe.

  • Elsewhere is a beach with exclusive leisure club as well as a glitzy marina from where you can take boat trips – maybe over to the tiny man-made island of Our Lady of Mercy which beckons enticingly across the water. Back at the hotel you can take your pick of two restaurants, one headed up by a chef with Michelin-star experience.

  • The new spa exudes a Zen-like calm, comprising an indoor pool with panoramic windows, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms. Enjoy some indulgent pampering with hot stone therapy, an array of massages and various beauty treatments to soothe the senses.
