How to get there

Zoku Vienna is located on the edge of Prater park, just across the Donaukanal and northeast of the city’s historic heart. It’s a couple minutes’ walk from Messe-Prater subway station, while the nearest train station is Wien Praterstern, about a 10-minute walk away.

Wien Hauptbahnhof, the central railway station, is a 15-minute drive away or 20 minutes on public transport (the REX 3, S1, S2 and S3 lines all offer a direct service from Wien Praterstern). Vienna International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away, or about 35 minutes on public transport (take the S7 express train for a direct service between Wien Praterstern and Bahnhof Flughafen Wien).

Please note that check-in is available at self-service kiosks as well as with the help of resident Sidekick assistants, all situated on the seventh floor of the property.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents, and in compliance with any other immigration/entry requirements before you travel, including whether your passport must be machine readable or which visas/waivers may be required for entry, such as ESTA for USA travel and/or ETIAS for EU travel. Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.
