Monte Bondone and its surrounds cover a 70-hectare ski area, with 20 kilometres of wonderfully wide downhill runs that are great for skiers of all abilities, some of which offer floodlit skiing at night. For a real challenge, there’s the ‘Gran Pista’ a four-kilometre run which plunges 800 metres. Elsewhere, the expansive Viote basin boasts a number of cross-country skiing loops that meander for over 37 kilometres.

The hotel is located in the quaint village of Vason, just 250 metres from the Monte Bondone ski lifts. Close by you can don skates and whizz about on an ice rink, as well as enjoy some lively apres-ski in numerous bars and cafes. During the summer, or if you just fancy a day away from the slopes, it’s a scenic half-hour drive through winding mountain roads to the city of Trento, with Lake Garda also accessible.
