An acclaimed Tom Dixon-designed hotel on the Thames riverbank with unrestrained elegance, ultra-stylish rooftop bar and top spa – includes breakfast

Inspired by the Golden Age of transatlantic travel, sought-after designer Tom Dixon has created the ultimate destination on London's South Bank. From the copper hull entrance, to the riverside restaurant and bars and underwater-inspired spa, this is a hotel that is just as fun as its South Bank home. It also draws inspiration from the surrounding area with custom-designed furniture and artwork worthy of the nearby Tate Modern.

Award-winning designer Tom Dixon takes Sea Containers London's home and runs away with it, transforming it into a collection of contemporary rooms and suites with all the elegance of a transatlantic liner. Signature paintings, wingback chairs and MALIN+GOETZ bathroom amenities provide the Hollywood glamour, while the views of the city and beyond guarantee the entertainment.

Superior rooms offer a queen-size bed and 29-32 square metres of space. Upgrade to a River View Deluxe room to enjoy a king-size bed, 32 square metres of space, and unparalleled vistas of the river Thames.

The best of American and British cuisine can be enjoyed in Sea Containers Restaurant, offering a modern and casual dining experience in an informal setting alongside the river Thames.

Recently winning an award for the 'World's best cocktail menu' and 'Best bar team in London' at the Time Out Bar Awards, Dandelyan is the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the city with an exotic tipple and a buzzing atmosphere.

12th Knot is the hotel's rooftop bar situated on the 12th floor with striking views across the river Thames and London’s skyline. This stunning bar is the perfect place to sip champagne cocktails, celebrate with friends over one of their signature punches or just to simply take in the view.

As the name suggests, designer Tom Dixon takes inspiration from water with his cavernous, underwater design at the agua Bathhouse & Spa. Within its curved walls, you can expect to find treatments and products by Ciaté, Dr Jackson’s and Natura Bissé. Touch-screens, iPod connectivity and USB charging stations also keep you entertained while working out.

Situated on the banks of the river Thames, Sea Containers London is within walking distance of many of London’s most iconic landmarks. A short stroll along the vibrant South Bank will bring you to the Tate Modern, National and Globe theatres and the London Eye. That is if you can draw yourself away from the delicious food at Borough Market and – a little further away – Maltby Street Market.
