Sail around the south Dodecanese islands in a wooden gulet ship and soak up fantastic views and lively history – includes full board, all travel and optional excursions

Day 1: Bodrum

This medieval harbour town is your first stop on your whirlwind tour of Greek Islands and the tranquil Turkish coastline. Kick back on the beach in the morning, or visit the medieval hilltop castle, before boarding your home for the next seven nights. You’ll enjoy dinner on the ship and remain anchored here for the night, ready to sail the next morning. (Meals: dinner)

Day 2: Kos

The first of the Dodecanese islands, Kos captivates with its divine sandy beaches, whitewashed façades and close-knit tavernas. You’ll arrive by afternoon, where you can explore the lush valleys and mighty crags by yourself, or opt to join a Asclepion and Zia village tour. (Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 3: Gyali - Nisyros

Take an early morning swimming break at a bay of Gyali Island on the way to Nisyros Island. Marvel at the volcano (which is still active) on an optional bus tour to the crater, before heading to Nikea village, located on the side of the crater, with its white-washed streets and mosaic-clad square. The ship will dock here overnight. (Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 4: Symi

The next morning, sail to the charming bay of Nanou on Symi Island. Anchor up, take a swim and head off to explore the stunning colourful neo-classical houses, narrow streets and church domes of the postcard-pretty town. (Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 5: Rhodes

Rhodes is up next, with its unique harmony of history, beauty, culture and nightlife. Why not head on an optional tour to experience the Old Town in all its charming glory, from its maze of cobbled streets to its original architecture. After dinner, discover the city buzz when the sun has set with a night out.

Day 6: Palamutbuku – Knidos

Today will see you sailing back to Turkey, with a quick pit-stop in at the Datca Harbour. You'll then cruise to Palamutbuku for lunch and a walk around the charming village. The world famous ancient city of Knidos is the final stop for today, where you can choose to visit the open air museum after a refreshing swimming break.

Day 7: Black Island – Poyraz Harbour – Bodrum

An early start will take you to stunning Karaada, also known as Black Island. Take a dip before cruising to the turquoise-blue waters of Poyraz Bay on the northern side of the island. The last stop of the trip will be Bodrum Harbor for your final overnight stay.

Day 8: Bodrum

You’ll disembark around 10.30am, and head to the airport to catch your flight home. (Meals: breakfast)
