How to get there

The hotel’s nearest airport is Friedrichshafen Airport which is approximately an hour’s drive from Steigenberger Inselhotel. Additionally, if you're travelling from Zurich airport, trains to Konstanz frequently depart from the nearby Rümlang station. The hotel is also conveniently situated in direct proximity to Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

With an area of around 536 square kilometres, Lake Constance is the largest inland body of water in Germany. It's not just its size but also the unique backdrop of the foothills of the Alps that makes it a top travel destination for nature-based recreation. All along the 260-kilometre Lake Constance cycle path you can discover numerous charming towns, castles and vineyards.
