• Dinner with a view: Head Chef Nick van Swaal has nine years experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and brings his passion to the hotel’s restaurant, where both a casual lunch - think dishes like burgers, poke bowls and sandwiches - and gastronomic dinner are on offer. Enjoy all of this with river views by candlelight or right on the riverside in the fresh air, weather permitting.
