The hotel is located in northern Italy, in the South Tyrolean town of Falzes. The nearest airport is Bolzano Airport, which is roughly an hour to an hour and a half away by car. Innsbruck Airport is roughly an hour and a half to two hours away.

Please be advised that only children aged three years and older are permitted to stay, and only in designated rooms. 

The hotel consists of two connecting buildings, one built more recently and one in the classic South Tyrolean style; please note, some guest rooms may be in the older building.
