Rome

A classic escape to Rome's historic heart, staying at an elegant hotel with sophisticated decor and enchanting vistas, including breakfast and a dining discount

After three years of renovation work carried out by Mr Angelo Troiani, Rome’s Hotel Forum was established in 1962. The hotel was transformed from an ancient building that was once occupied by a convent of Dominican monks attached to the church of San Quirico e Giulitta.

With its rooms bathed in natural light, a grand hall lined with Persian rugs, and a rooftop to watch the sunset from, you won't miss a moment of the Eternal City at the sophisticated Hotel Forum. Adding fuel to the fire that Italians do it better, this property packs a lot under its terrace, not least rooms that perfectly mix elegance and comfort and a menu brimming with Italian delicacies.

If all roads lead to Rome, all roads from here lead to the ancient city's must-see attractions. Whether its Renaissance architecture and ruins – from Altare della Patria to the Colosseum and Roman Forum – or contemporary restaurants, you’ll find them just a short walk from this TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence-holder.
