Merchants Manor is situated in the Cornish town of Falmouth on England’s south coast. Falmouth has a maritime heritage and is based around a bustling harbour. The Fal River meets the town and, along with the Helford River, runs through gorgeous Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, ripe for exploration. You’ll find a creative streak running through Falmouth itself, through a peppering of independent art galleries, cinema venues and live music events.

There are parks and gardens to discover, several beaches nearby, and activities such as kayaking, boat trips, diving and sailing all on hand. We recommend taking a day trip to St. Michael’s Mount, the tidal island home to a medieval castle which is only accessible on foot at low tide, or the beautiful Kynance Cove, with its tropical-island white sand and turquoise sea.
