Design-led Vienna boutique hotel

Max Brown 7th District, Austria

Time-limited

Property details

All-new boutique stay at a stylish city sleep in a creative corner of Vienna - includes breakfast and more
  • Central spot: Slap-bang in the centre of Vienna’s creative hub, Max Brown 7th District is moments from the city’s best bits and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and boutiques to spend your days traipsing between. Within a schnitzel’s throw from the hotel you’ll find pubs, clubs and museums galore.

  • Unique touches: You won’t find pillow menus or room service in this plush pad; instead the hotel has conceived the four pillars of hotel perfection: fresh bread delivered daily, the perfect cup of coffee, snuggle-worthy beds and the ideal location that makes you feel like a local, not a visitor, even if you’re only staying a few nights.

  • Design-led bedrooms: Rooms are stylishly appointed in designer furniture and tactile fabrics – plus they’re sensibly sized like Small, Medium and Large, so you know just what you’re getting. Downstairs, critically-acclaimed chef Eyal Shani has just opened his new concept restaurant, Seven North, where mezze and platters take centre stage.

Schottenfeldgasse 74, 1070 Wien, Austria

Vienna may be most famous for its elegant riding school, softly-lit bistros and grand schloss, but there’s a side to the city that’s left out of many of the traditional guide books. Stay in the 7th district and you’ll get a pavement tour of the city’s street art while commuting between your hotel and the nearest coffee shop, find the city’s most famous sandwich at Zum Schwarzen Kameel (they’re made with spiced eggs, homemade red cabbage, or hand-cut ham), or have relaxing strolls along the Donaukanal before breakfast.
