- Pretty inside and out: Located on a pretty, cobbled street surrounded by pastel-coloured historic buildings, the three separate 14th-century buildings that make up Design Hotel Neruda have been transformed into a boutique property named after the writer Jan Neruda, who lived here in the 19th-century.
- Home from home: Designed by the late Czech architect and designer Borek Sipek, the rooms vary in size and decor but are a stunning mix of historic and contemporary. How to get there
Walk two minutes further uphill and you’ll reach the landmark ninth-century Prague Castle and St Vitus Cathedral. The equally as iconic Charles Bridge is a 15-minute walk away. Cross the bridge and the Old Town Square is a further 10-minute walk – look out for the medieval astronomical clock on the Old Town Hall, the oldest still in operation. Václav Havel Airport is a half-hour drive from the hotel.
