  • A charming destination: For laid-back living in southern France’s Languedoc-Roussillon region, it doesn’t get better than Pézenas - the charismatic medieval town that was home to French comedy genius Jean-Baptiste Poquelin. The setting for this chic hideaway couldn’t be more ideal either; just short distance from the historic centre and short drive to the sea.

  • R&R in a unique setting: Housed in a former distillery that was cleverly converted into a hotel in 2012, there’s plenty to please at Garrigae Distillerie de Pézenas. Facilities include an inviting outdoor pool, Mediterranean gardens, and spa complete with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, and lovely rooms for top-to-toe treatments using organic oils and wild herbs.

  • Where style meets substance: For those who like their rustic-chic spiced up with a little boutique glamour, each of the uniquely-styled guest rooms pays tribute to the building’s wine-making past. And the food’s just as impressive, with an ever-changing menu of bistro-style Mediterranean and regional dishes that are expertly paired with Languedoc wines.
