Location and what's nearby

static map

Škopaljska 220, 53291, Novalja, Croatia

Situated amid stunning Mediterranean scenery at the top of the Novaljsko Polje field, the hotel and its surrounding landscape will have you never wanting to leave. Take a gentle stroll or cycle through the surrounding swathes of pine woods and olive groves, before returning to the hotel to savour premium wines and brandies during an optional wine tasting at the winery. If you can bear to tear yourself away, head to one of the island’s numerous pebble or sandy beaches for some sun and fresh sea air. The Blue Flag beach of Plaža Planjka Trinćel is just a three-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away, and is not far from Novalja’s pretty bay area, lively town centre, and local restaurants and bars.

For a spot of culture, venture to the other side of the island to see the remains of Pag’s Old Town and the ruins of a Franciscan monastery. Nearby, you’ll also find that Pag’s main town is filled with hidden gems, including the Benedictine Monastery of Saint Margaret, Church of the Assumption of St. Mary, and the Skrivanat Tower - one of nine original towers used to defend this once walled city.
