Secret Escapes

1. The Promoter is Secret Escapes Ltd, (registered in the commercial register for England and Wales under number 07026107) 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (the “Promoter”).
2. Secret Escapes will appoint their agency Element London Limited (“Prize Agency”) to liaise with competition winner(s) on their behalf, in order to arrange fulfilment and organisation of the prize trip. 3. All entrants ("Participants") must be Great Britain and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
4. Employees of Secret Escapes, their affiliated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted in the competition. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
6. By entering this prize draw, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions unless notified otherwise in writing.
7. Secret Escapes reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if these conditions of participation are violated. If necessary, the prize will be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed.

1. To enter this prize draw, Participants are asked to fill out a short questionnaire at the Promoter’s website (https://www.secretescapes.com/toyota) providing the information about their name and e-mail address.
2. The prize draw starts at 09:00 UK time on 07/03/2024 ("Entry Date") and ends at 23:59 UK time on 19/05/2024 ("Close Date") All entries must be received between the Entry Date and the Close Date.
3. Incomplete, invalid or inappropriate entries, or entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to win.

1. Participants agree to be contacted by the Promoter and their Prize Agency for the purposes of administering the prize draw. The identification and contact details collected as part of this campaign, such as first and last names, as well as the e-mail address provided will be processed exclusively for the purpose of organising and running the prize draw. The data will be deleted after the prize draw has been carried out and statutory retention periods have been fulfilled.
2. All data processing is carried out in accordance with the description in Secret Escapes' privacy policy. You can view this at any time at http://www.secretescapes.com/privacy-policy
3. The Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the Winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the draw. If the Winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise the Promoter at time of being notified that he/she has won.
4. Where you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Toyota by providing them with your details when you entered this competition, you will receive such communications from Toyota about their products and services. 1. The Winner will be drawn at random at the end of the prize draw from all submissions received between the Entry Date and the Close Date. ("Winner"). The winner will be drawn by a randomised computer process, which will be carried out by the Prize Agency.
2. The Winner will be contacted via email by Secret Escapes to the Winner’s email address to notify them that they have won the Prize. The Winner’s contact details will then be passed to the Prize Agency, who will get in touch to arrange the Prize accordingly.

One night stay for two people at The Farmhouse at Recoats, Hitchin. Barns Standard or Farmhouse Classic Room. Breakfast and Dinner included for two. Black our dates included, no weekend stays, Bank Holidays and UK School Holidays. Subject to availability
One night stay for two people at Ringwood Hotel & Spa, Chesterfield. Feature room. Breakfast, Dinner and Spa access for two included. Subject to availability.
One night stay for two people at Elmbank Hotel, Leeds. House Classic Room. Breakfast and Dinner included. Black out dates include: 15.05.2024-18.05.2024, 14.06.2024-15.06.2024, 12.07.2024-13.07.2024, 19.07.2024, 26.07.2024-27.07.2024, 21.08.2024-24.08.2024, 21.09.2024, 11.10.2024-12.12.2024. Friday and Saturdays in December. (hereinafter jointly referred to as "Prize" or "Prizes")

4. All stays are subject to availability.
5. The Hotel stays must be completed by April 2025
6. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the Promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
7. The Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be substituted for the Prizes on offer. In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
8. The Winner must claim the Prize no later than 7 days after the Winner has been informed.
9. If the Winner rejects or fails to claim the Prize on time in accordance with §4.8 the Prize may be awarded to other Participants at the absolute and sole discretion of the promoter.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of any Prize if it considers there has been an abuse or breach of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature however caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting the Promoter’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.
3. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules on any matter related to the prize draw, the decision of the directors of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Although the Promotion may be featured on [Facebook and Instagram], this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with [Facebook and Instagram]. By entering this Promotion, all Participants release [Facebook and Instagram] from any liability arising out of this Promotion. Participants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook and Instagram]. The information Participants provide will only be used for the purposes referred to in these terms and conditions.

1. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. Secret Escapes reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical or legal reasons, proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
3. The Participant is free to cancel his/her participation in the competition at any time. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of use.
