A seafront stay near Brighton's famous pier, with breakfast, and optional dinner with a bottle of wine and an option with afternoon tea

With a privileged and lively location on the pebble-fringed Brighton seafront, The Old Ship Hotel dates back to the 17th century and is one of the well-known old boys of Brighton. The decor is a suits-everyone blend of classic and contemporary, so you're sure to find a welcoming blend of modernity and tradition by the seaside.

At The Old Ship you'll find a restaurant serving up British fare, an al fresco terrace on the promenade (open during the warmer months), a light and bright bar area and a particularly popular afternoon tea. Though the real selling point here is the location - directly on the seafront and in the heart of the action, you're just steps from Brighton's iconic pier, close to some of the best bars and restaurants in town and a short walk from the hip Lanes area, with its multitude of vintage shops, boutiques and antiques centres.
