The Ickworth Hotel is found within the grand Ickworth stately home, a National Trust property which dates back to the early 1800s and is one of the country's most unusual and spectacular mansions. Spend your days exploring the National Trust grounds on foot or by bike (available at the hotel). You'll also have special after-hours access to the Capability Brown Italianate gardens and the National Trust house, the latter of which boasts a fantastic art collection and selection of antique furniture. The hotel scored a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

The house is distinguished by a soaring 100-foot-high rotunda and 1,800 acres of parkland comprising pristine Italianate gardens and expanses of wild woodlands. The Ickworth Hotel offers a tranquil setting for romantic getaways and an exciting, activity-packed time for families.

Please note that access to the main house is subject to National Trust opening times - please contact the hotel directly for further information. Access to the Italianate gardens is available to guests all year round.

Please be aware that some of the guest rooms are located in The Lodge, which is a 10-minute walk or short drive away from the main house.
