A contemporary stay at a pub with a restaurant, rooms, and woodland lodges on the banks of Norfolk’s Ormesby Broad - includes either B&B or a self-catering lodge for four or six

  • For a peaceful stay in the East Anglian county of Norfolk, few places compare to this unique combo of iconic 19th-century pub, waterside restaurant, and selection of stylish places to rest your head. The setting is idyllic: nestled amongst 11 acres of parkland on the banks of the picturesque Ormesby Broad.

  • The nautical-themed Double room is a contemporary space complete with soothing pastel hues, antique cream vintage furniture. For those who need more living space, the new two-bedroom Terns Nest lodge and three-bedroom Bittern lodge both have open-plan kitchenettes, solid-oak dining tables and private terraces.

  • The signature restaurant is a light and airy space with a vaulted ceiling and contemporary-meets-classic decor. Expect hearty and palate-pleasing British cuisine made with fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients (a gluten-free and vegan menu is also available). Equally worthy of your attention is the cosy pub.
