Tancade Portals is located in Portals Nous, on Mallorca's southwestern coast. You'll be an easy 25-minute drive or taxi ride from Palma de Mallorca Airport.

Tancade Portals is located in Portals Nous, on Mallorca's southwestern coast. You'll be an easy 25-minute drive or taxi ride from Palma de Mallorca Airport.

The property is split into two zones, one for all guests (the Cala Zone) and one for adults only (the Costa Zone). You'll be welcome to move freely between the two and each zone has its own reception; for check-in, please go to the reception corresponding to the zone of your room.
Please note that construction work is taking place near the hotel until further notice, which can temporarily lead to disturbances and increased noise levels. The hotel has no influence on the work's progress and time of completion; according to the current agreement with the city administration, work is only permitted Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm for a maximum of three hours at a time, and is not permitted on weekends. Depending on availability, the hotel will always allocate rooms that are as far away from the construction site as possible.
Please note that the spa is open between 10am-6pm. Some areas are open on a request-by-request basis.
