Head towards the island of Mljet, stopping for a morning swim en route. Upon arrival, visit the famous salt lakes in the National Park and enjoy a boat ride to St Mary Isle to visit the ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a 12th-century church. Spend the evening at leisure in Mljet. (Meals: breakfast, lunch)

Day 7: Pučišća - Omiš - Split

Head to your final port of call, Omiš, with its impressive stone fortresses. You've the option to book onto a short walking tour here, followed by a boat trip into the Cetina River Canyon. Later, set sail for Split, stopping to swim along the way (weather permitting) and enjoying lunch on board.
