There is a theme at Riad Cocoon and it’s got rather a lot to do with music. Cook Khadija educates guests on Moroccan cuisine with the very best naturally grown ingredients from the Ourika Valley, served in colourful tagines on the terrace. Breakfast really is the best way to start the day though, with freshly squeezed juice, home-baked breads and pancakes drizzled with honey from the nearby Atlas Mountains.
