How to get there

From Marco Polo di Venezia airport, there a several options to reach the island of Venice. The Alilaguna public boat sails from the airport to the island, however it may take up to an hour-and-a-half due to the stops on the way. A private water boat can be costly, but you can get to the hotel in 25 minutes. Lastly, a taxi from the airport to will take 20 minutes to the island, and from there you can walk; please note that Venice is a car-free city.
