Miami Beach

A luxe hotel inspired by a legendary restaurant and set within a Miami icon, with daily breakfast and a resort credit

Nobu has been one of the biggest names in luxury dining for more than 20 years. Co-founded by Robert de Niro and sushi master Nobu Matsuhisa, the Japanese-fusion destination first drew glittering guests after opening in New York’s Greenwich Hotel, then proved its staying power – and international appeal – when A-listers flocked to locations in Moscow, Milan, Mexico City and more. Now, the iconic label has made the leap into Miami Beach hospitality, and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, reviewed by Condé Nast Traveler and Robb Report, is as dazzling and drool-worthy as the restaurant that inspired it.

The newcomer resides within Eden Roc Miami Beach, so you’ll get access to all of the high-end amenities that made the latter property a Magic City legend: three pools, yacht dockage and a 22,000-square-foot spa. But the founders have also curated a unique, part-Japanese, part-European experience for Nobu Hotel guests – kind of like omakase for the soul. Expect an oshibori towel along with your welcome drink; an exclusive fourth pool; 300-thread-count Fili d’Oro linens in your room; and 24-hour sashimi and tempura from Miami Beach’s own Nobu, the world’s largest, which is just down the stairs. It’s the best of a legendary eatery and a legendary resort, all rolled into one.
