  • Bliss on the Broads: For a peaceful stay in the East Anglian county of Norfolk, few places compare to this unique combo of iconic 19th-century pub, waterside restaurant, and selection of stylish places to rest your head. The setting is idyllic: nestled amongst 11 acres of parkland on the banks of the Ormesby Broad, and within easy distance of the navigable lock-free waterways at the magnificent Broads National Park.

  • Luxurious lodges: The nautical-themed Double room is a contemporary space complete with soothing pastel hues, antique cream vintage furniture. For those who need more living space, the new two-bedroom Terns Nest lodge provides a cosy retreat with modern bathrooms, while three-bedroom Bittern lodge also boats an open-plan kitchenette and solid-oak dining table. Both feature private terraces for watching the sun setting over the water.

  • Eating options: The signature restaurant is a light and airy space with a vaulted ceiling and contemporary-meets-classic decor. Expect hearty and palate-pleasing British cuisine made with fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients (a gluten-free and vegan menu is also available). Equally worthy of your attention is the cosy pub for its exposed brickwork, pine floorboards, oak beams, and large bay windows overlooking the water.
