Day 1: UK – Night on board

Check-in to your flight from the UK and bed down for the flight to Manila.

Day 2: Manila

Arrive in the lively Filipino capital of Manila and acclimatise with a stay at the St. Giles Makati. Should you be feeling up to it, get out and explore sights such as Fort Santiago, Rizal Park and Chinatown. (Meals: none)

Day 3: Manila

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, it's time to get out and explore Manila at your leisure, discovering the heart of Old Manila or taking a stroll along the Baywalk to enjoy the panoramic sea views. For a more in-depth insight, opt to join a guided city tour to sights including Makati financial district, San Agustin Church and Quiapo, otherwise known as the 'Heart of Manila'. Later that evening, opt for a dinner and show with dancing, music and a traditional Filipino party. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 4: Manila - Cebu

Enjoy a relaxed morning, then jump aboard a flight to Cebu. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided city tour through some of the main sites, such as the Taoist Temple, the open-air Carbon Market and the Fort of San Pedro. Post-tour, check-in to the sleek BE Resort in Mactan. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 5: Cebu

Spend the day exploring the island of Cebu by yourself or hit the beach and really wind down into holiday mode sipping on cocktails or San Miguel beers. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 6: Cebu - Bohol

Take a ferry over to Bohol, and check-in to the Momo Beach House. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, lounging by the pool or hitting the beach. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 7: Bohol

Embark on a tour of the most iconic sights on the island, starting with the Chocolate Hills, the man-made Mahogany Forest, and a visit to the Tarsier Sanctuary, to get up close to an endangered primate species. Lunch is provided at a floating restaurant above the Loay River; cruise past river towers, mangroves and lush forests as you sail, then head back to your hotel for the evening. Day 8: Bohol

Unwind at leisure at the hotel, and don’t miss the chance to catch the sunset from the silky sands of the beach. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 9: Bohol - El Nido

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll check out and take a ferry back to Cebu, then jump on a plane to El Nido. Spend the day relaxing after your journey and soaking up the sumptuous scenery of the region. (Meals: breakfast)

Day 10-12: El Nido

Spend the next few days here at leisure, lapping up the plentiful sun and relaxed, off-the-map atmosphere here. Explore hidden beaches and idyllic coves, opt to enjoy snorkelling and scuba diving, or simply kick back with a cocktail and a good book in hand. Don’t miss optional excursions to the paradisaical islands of Popolcan, Matinloc and Helicopter, the aptly named Secret Beach, or a trip to the Small Lagoon for ample kayaking and swimming opportunities. Day 13: El Nido – Manila
