How to get there

Renaissance Rome’s marble facades are within walking distance, and Termini Central Station is a short underground or taxi journey away for international and local transfers. Many charter and flag-carrier airlines fly into Leonardo da Vinci Airport (28 kilometres) while low-cost carriers land at Ciampino (14 kilometres). The city's efficient metro and overground train system is a great way to get around, though the city is also pleasant to explore on foot.

Good to know

Please note there is a city tax of €6 per person, per night payable to her hotel upon check-out. It may be subject to change according to City Council amendments.

Although the location may be historic, there are plenty of mod cons here too.

Dining

With a wealth of organic Italian produce at their disposal, the expert chefs create a breakfast buffet worthy of its scenic setting. Head to the rooftop American Bar to sample some of the finest Italian cured meats and coffee while overlooking the Eternal City, or watch the sun set as you linger over the a la carte menu and extensive wine list. With the views the real star of the show, the decor is kept to a minimal elegance – think crisp white tablecloths and cast iron furniture.

Please be aware that the hotel's American Bar is open throughout the summer period, from March to October.
