Appealing to country walkers, golf gannets and anyone in need of R&R, the hotel is tucked away in the southeast of England, in a prime spot overlooking the greens of the excellent East Sussex National golf course (preferential rates are available to guests). For spa indulgence, try the nearby Horsted Health Club, which is a four-minute drive or half-hour walk. Stroll through the nearby town of Lewes for a taste of country life and antique-hunting.

There are also a number of National Trust properties and pretty private gardens within easy reach of the hotel too - perfect for exploring in the spring time.
