An Asian-inspired Midtown base with a heated outdoor terrace and on-site restaurant

Asia or New York? Get a stylish mix of both at Cachet Boutique New York Hotel, the first in America by Cachet Hospitality Group, best known for its Shanghai properties. Asian flavors will dominate the menu at soon-to-open Bellbrook (the second of two restaurants by David Laris, profiled by the Times and considered one of China's most important Western chefs), and they're also part of your minibar, where nostalgic snacks from overseas complement home-grown favourites - think Salty Road saltwater taffy and chocolate-chip cookies by Tate's.

Speaking of which, the domestic influence is indeed rather strong here, as well. Another soon-to-open outlet is a Zagat- and New York Post-endorsed location of the Playboy Club, and a soon-to-open shop will sell goods inspired by that brand and designed by the East Coast’s own Jay Kos. Plus, the sky deck boasts views of some of the most iconic buildings in the country, since you're right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, just a few blocks west of Times Square. And each night after exploring this or another NYC neighbourhood, and perhaps working out in the 24-hour gym or checking out the lobby’s art collection, you'll be crashing in a room styled to resemble your very own NYC loft.

Can't commit to booking right now?

Hold a date for only £25 while you decide.

  • Pay £25 to hold a date until the end of the sale.
  • If you choose to buy it, the money will go towards your purchase, if not, the cash will be credited to your Secret Escapes account.

Important: Please note, this is not a deposit, complete or guaranteed booking; holding the date simply prevents other members from swooping in and booking your preferred date while you're still having a think about it.
