The service is outstanding, even for a five-star hotel. As a hotel guest you'll be assigned a knowledgeable and friendly personal assistant who will contact you before your visit to take care of anything you'd like him/her to arrange for your stay and they'll be on call 24 hours a day for the duration of your time at the hotel, providing assistance with any requests from restaurant reservations to cab bookings. Now that's what we call service!
