The Lords of the Manor is a wonderfully idyllic hotel, cast in honey-coloured stone and located in Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire. There is no better place for a retreat, set in the midst of the peaceful countryside. The hotel is a former 17th Century rectory and resides comfortably within eight acres of landscaped-gardens and parkland.

If you appreciate natural character and style, then you will be right at home here. All seasons can be whiled away; whether it be summer evenings on the terrace, or winter nights curled up by the fire. The hotel also has cellars, holding a wide selection of fine wines from the new world and the more established wine producing areas.

We're offering a stay in a Manor room or a Country room, with breakfast and a decadent three-course 'market menu' designed by the chef in the Michelin-starred restaurant. Beginning with delicate hors d'oeuvres in the bar, you'll be treated to dishes such as fillet of Cotswold rare-breed beef and Lords' rhubarb and custard. Scrumptious. Please note that there's a two-night minimum stay at weekends.
