This beautiful hotel is housed in what was once the farm house for a large farming estate. For the last century, however, it has been a hotel offering the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Dean's Place is within close proximity to the sea and the many of the rooms have views out over the rolling countryside of the South Downs.
 
The Four acres of Victorian gardens provide ample opportunity for leisurely strolls, al fresco summer dining and croquet. There is also an outdoor swimming pool open in the warmer months of the year. Nearby Alfriston village is an idyllic English village with some charming little pubs, a bustling high street and a park zoo for the kids to enjoy.

Further afield, guests can take advantage of the proximity of Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes before returning for a top meal in front of a roaring fire in the Harcourts Restaurant. The restaurant recently won its scond AA rosette for its delicious locally sourced cuisine.
